"The Statute of Limitations Under RICO - Rotella and Beyond", authored by Bob Puterbaugh and Steve Senn, seniors attorneys with Peterson & Myers, P.A., was recently accepted for publication by The National Legal Center For The Public Interest in Washington, D.C.

This monograph was published in mid-October. Mr. Puterbaugh was recently involved with successfully defending a case against a large regional bank charged with violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly referred to as "RICO"), and this monograph is in large part an outgrowth of that defense.

Mr. Puterbaugh is in the Lakeland office of Peterson & Myers, P.A., representing health care, banking, and business clients. Steve Senn, who co-authored the monograph, is also in the Lakeland office and specializes in appellate practice. He also represents clients in complex litigation, lender liability, employment disputes, class actions, and in disputes under the American with Disabilities Act.
