Timothy E. Kiley

Timothy E. Kiley (Tim) was born in Bloomington, Indiana, and raised in Mount Dora, Florida. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2001, and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law, cum laude, in 2004. While in law school, Tim was a member of the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Tim is a member of the Florida Bar and the Lakeland Bar Association, as well as the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Tim currently practices primarily in real estate, business law, and health law from the firm’s Lake Wales office. He is an approved agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund.
