Andrea Teves Smith, Esq. was recently approved by Lloyd’s of London (A/XV rated by A.M. Best) as a labor and employment defense attorney to represent employers in defending wrongful discharge and retaliatory claims under their employment practice liability insurance. Ms. Smith has over 16 years of experience representing employers. Her experience includes providing employers with practical, day-to-day advice concerning human resource matters, as well as defending employers against unemployment, wage and hour, noncompetition agreement, discrimination and other wrongful or retaliatory discharge claims brought by employees in administrative proceedings, state court and federal court.
