Douglas A. Lockwood, III Publishes Report as Part of the Educational Outcomes Steering Committee with Strategies to Improve Winter Haven Schools
Douglas A. Lockwood, III is chairman of the Educational Outcomes Steering Committee formed by The Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce. The Committee was established to survey Winter Haven’s public schools and to recommend strategies to improve the schools with the support of community involvement. The Committee has completed the evaluation process and prepared a comprehensive report to the Chamber that outlines specific recommendations.
