Wilson Selected as General Counsel of Industrial Development Authority
Kerry M. Wilson and Peterson & Myers have been selected by the Industrial Development Authority of Polk County, Florida, as its new general counsel. The IDA is a conduit issuer of tax-exempt bonds to finance private industrial projects and certain public facilities.
