Background & Education
Prior to joining Peterson & Myers, Mr. Ashley was part of an insurance defense firm in Tampa, Florida, where he represented individuals, local businesses, and national businesses in a wide variety of unique cases. Before attending law school, Mr. Ashley attended the University of Florida, where he received undergraduate degrees in both business administration and psychology in 2018, followed by a master’s degree in international business in 2019. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2022.

Mr. Ashley is a member of the Florida Bar. He is licensed to practice before Florida courts, the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Florida, and the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Ashley is also a member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, where he was a committee member of the Young Lawyers Division from 2023-2025.
