Deborah A. Ruster and John B. “Bart” Allen were on the faculty of the Florida Water Policy seminar held May 10 and 11 of this year. They presented “Topics in Ethics” to the attendees. The speakers lectured on issues in water, environmental land planning and the Everglades Restoration Project. The seminar faculty included the general counsel from the Department of Environmental Protection and the the South Florida Water Management District. The topics presented were invaluable in assisting our clients in land use and condemnation issues.
