Stephen R. Senn will be the moderator on a panel presentation on brief-writing entitled Tailoring Your Brief for the Second District.  This is one part of an advanced level CLE program of the Appellate Practice Section that will take place Friday, May 20, 2011.  The program is titled Practice in the Second District Court of Appeal:  An In-Depth Look and is designed to introduce attendees to the Second District Court of Appeal, including all 14 judges, the clerk of court, and the court’s staff.
