E. Blake Paul

Mr. Paul was born in 1971 in Eustis, Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, Magna Cum Laude in 1993 and was a member of the honorary fraternity, Phi Kappa Phi. Mr. Paul received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, College of Law, Magna Cum Laude in 1996. While at Florida State, Mr. Paul was member of the honorary legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi and worked as a misdemeanor prosecutor for the Leon County State Attorney’s office. Mr. Paul joined the firm in 1996 and practiced in the Lake Wales office for seven years. In 2004, Mr. Paul moved to Peterson & Myers’ Lakeland office. Blake is currently a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Paul is licensed to practice before all Florida Courts, all Federal District Courts in Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Paul was a member of the Board of Directors for the Lake Wales Family YMCA from 1997 through 2001, and served as its President in 2000. Currently, Mr. Paul is chairman of the Board of Trustees of All Saints Academy. Mr. Paul was recognized as one of the top 100 “Up and Coming Attorney’s” in Florida by Florida Trend Magazine in 2006, and is currently recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers magazine. In 2009 Mr. Paul was inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America.

Mr. Paul practices in the Lakeland office and assists our business clients with every manner of commercial civil litigation. Mr. Paul also handles commercial trucking and carrier litigation, land use and environmental litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, and all types of probate and trust litigation.
