John B. (Bart) Allen was invited to speak as part of the Economic Development Day for Leadership Bartow Class XVI on February 18, 2016. The Leadership Bartow program is sponsored by the Bartow Chamber of Commerce and is designed to educate and foster relationships to serve the Bartow community. The day was focused on existing industry and the future growth potential for the City of Bartow. Bart was requested to speak regarding several large acre mixed use developments he and Jack Brandon represent, which will bring new commercial, medical, business park and residential developments in north Bartow along the U.S. Highway 98 corridor.
