The Florida Department of Transportation (“DOT”) has released an updated schedule for the Eminent Domain taking at the intersection of SR-60 and US-27 in Lake Wales. The DOT will begin its appraisal inspections in April and May of 2018, and will begin settling cases and acquiring land this calendar year.
