The Florida Department of Transportation has plans to widen State Road 60
from two lanes to four lanes with a median.  The project begins from southeast
of the entrance to Indian Lake Estates in Polk County to just east of the
Kissimmee River Bridge.  The project is not funded to begin buying the
necessary property but there is local pressure in support of the project.  We can
