Background & Education

Kevin received his undergraduate degree with military distinction from the United States Air Force Academy, followed by a Master of Science degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Kevin served eight years as an officer in the United States Air Force with assignments in Texas and Germany and then returned to the Air Force Academy as an instructor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership. Kevin then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he graduated with high honors and served as the associate managing editor of the Florida Law Review.

Admissions & Associations

Kevin has served on the Florida Supreme Court’s Commission on Professionalism, is a former chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee in the 10th Judicial Circuit and is a former President of the Willson American Inn of Court.  He has also been the Chair of the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, the Polk State College Foundation, and Treasurer of the Winter Haven Economic Development Council, in addition to involvement in many other community organizations.
