Background
Mr. Fisher returned to Lake Wales to begin his law practice immediately upon graduation from law school in 2006.
Education
Mr. Fisher received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, cum laude, in 2003. He then received his M.B.A. from Stetson University in 2006, and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2006.

Mr. Fisher is a member of the Florida Bar, and the Bars of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
He is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar and is an approved title agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Mr. Fisher is a graduate of Leadership Lake Wales, past board member and chairman of the board of trustees of Our Children’s Academy in Lake Wales (now Victory Ridge Academy), past board member and chairman of the board of directors of the Lake Wales Chamber of Commerce, and past board member of the Lake Wales Charter Schools Board of Trustees.
Mr. Fisher is a current board member of the Lake Wales Economic Development Counsel, and current board member and chairman of the Lake Wales Care Center Foundation and the Polk State College Foundation. Mr. Fisher and his family are members of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Lake Wales, where he has served on the Vestry, and currently serves as a Lay Eucharistic Minister.
Personal
Mr. Fisher lives in Lake Wales with his wife, Mary-Margaret, son, Jackson, and daughter, Hannah. In his time away from the office he enjoys spending time and traveling with his family, University of Florida sports, snow skiing, golfing, fishing, and hunting.
