Background

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Wadsworth was employed as a Trust Officer with Wachovia Bank and Trust in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. At Stetson University College of Law, he served as a Teaching Fellow of Research and Writing, was a member of the Stetson Law Review, and was a research assistant for Charles Elson, Professor of Corporations.

Education

Mr. Wadsworth received his B.A. degree in economics in 1991 from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1994.

Admissions and Associations

Mr. Wadsworth is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed and authorized to practice in the District of Columbia. He is also qualified and admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Wadsworth is actively involved within the community and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lake Wales Family YMCA, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Polk Museum of Art, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lake Wales Charter Schools, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lake Wales Charter Schools Foundation.
