Kevin A. Ashley and his wife Prudence served on the Host Committee for the Polk State College Wine for Wisdom event on September 15, 2011. Mr. Ashley also serves on the Polk State College Foundation Board of Directors. Peterson & Myers, P.A. provided a Magnum Sponsorship.
Community and corporate leaders celebrated the night air filled with indulgence, music, and endless “joie de vivre!” Dining was a French-inspired, five-course feast, masterfully prepared by an acclaimed chef. Magnificent vintages of wine were perfectly matched to the gourmet meal by a sommelier. Polk State College Foundation was proud to present the premier food and wine experience, Wine for Wisdom, a fabulous evening where every moment was savored.
The event is a fundraiser to help Polk State College students attain their dream of a higher education through PSC Foundation scholarships.
